Auf dem *Genfer Autosalon 1981
präsentierte man den lang erwarteten neuen Ford Capri III (II/78) 2.8 Injection.
Der Granada V6 2.8 Liter Motor war Basis für die » Motorleistung von 160 PS.
Bestückt mit der elektronischen Bosch K-Jetronic Einspritzanlage.
Die Karrosserie übernahm man vom 3000 Ghia.

* Der Genfer Auto-Salon, erstmals 1905 durchgeführt, gehörte damals
zu den weltweit wichtigsten Automobil-Fachmessen.

The long-awaited new Ford Capri III (II/78) 2.8 Injection was unveiled at the 1981 Geneva Motor Show.
The Granada V6 2.8-litre engine was the basis for the 160 hp engine output.
It was equipped with the Bosch K-Jetronic electronic fuel injection system.
The body was taken from the 3000 Ghia.
